Terms and Conditions: Escrow Zimbabwe Digital Marketing Challenge

  1. Introduction & Governing Document
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Escrow Group (Escrow Zimbabwe and its affiliates) Digital Marketing Challenge (“the Challenge”). By participating, you agree to be bound by these Terms. The official flyer provides context, but these Terms shall prevail in the event of any discrepancy.
  1. Eligibility & Engagement Nature
    • Participation is open to individuals who are students or recent graduates, as defined in the recruitment criteria, on a strictly freelance, independent contractor basis.
    • Engagement under these Terms does not constitute an employment relationship, partnership, or joint venture between the participant and Escrow Group. Participants are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and statutory obligations.
    • Participants will have no authority to bind Escrow Group contractually and must not represent themselves as employees of Escrow or it affiliates.
  1. Registration & Submission
    • Registration is subject to Escrow Group’s sole discretion and acceptance. Submission of an application does not guarantee participation in the Challenge. Escrow Group reserves the right to select participants based on eligibility, the quality of submissions, and alignment with the Challenge’s goals.
    • Participants are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and genuineness of all information submitted, including lead details.
  1. Commission Structure Commissions are payable only upon Escrow ‘s verification and approval, according to the following schedule:
  • Qualified Lead: US $20 for a prospective client that meets Escrow ‘s official Lead Qualification Matrix and is accepted into the sales pipeline.
  • Scheduled Presentation: US $5 for a product demonstration or pitch meeting that is successfully scheduled with a verified decision-maker from a Qualified Lead and attended by an Escrow Group sales representative.
  • Closed Sale Success Fee: A commission of 2% of the final net sale value upon receipt of payment by Escrow from the client. (Example: Based on an average product price of US $24,000, the commission would be approximately US $480).
  1. Payment Terms
    • All commissions are subject to Escrow ‘s internal verification process. Payment will be processed within 30 days of the qualifying event (lead qualification, presentation completion, or client payment receipt).
    • Payment methods will be communicated to eligible participants.
  1. Participant Conduct & Intellectual Property
    • Participants must conduct themselves professionally and in accordance with Escrow’s values. Any misrepresentation of Escrow’s products or services is grounds for immediate disqualification.
    • All training materials, product information, sales collateral, and leads provided by Escrow and its affiliates remain the sole intellectual property of Escrow and must be kept confidential. Participants may not use this information for any purpose outside the Challenge.
  1. Escrow Group’s Rights Escrow Group reserves the sole right to:
    • Determine whether a lead meets the qualification criteria.
    • Verify the validity of all submissions.
    • Disqualify any participant for fraudulent, duplicate, or invalid submissions.
    • Modify the commission structure, Challenge timeline, or these Terms with reasonable notice to participants.
    • Suspend or terminate the Challenge at its discretion.
  1. Limitation of Liability
    • Escrow and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from a participant’s involvement in the Challenge.
    • Participants engage in lead generation activities at their own risk and are responsible for any costs they incur.
  1. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the official Lead Qualification Matrix provided during training, constitute the entire agreement between the participant and Escrow Zimbabwe regarding the Challenge and supersede any prior communications or representations.
